I'm fine with that plot arch, besides, remember that Harry is actually collaborating with the Nazis, so the Japanese shunting materials to him would make a fair amount of sense.... I'm thinking that one of us on the main team should start doing scenes from the governor's summit (BTW, the governor is just that: Even though he IS a member of the German Royal Family, the Freistaat is, in fact, a democratic institution, although they do not admit that to their nominal Nazi overlords....), and I think it might be appropriate if there are some out-of-state entities present (aside from Stalin, of course)... I'm thinking possibly representatives from the West Coast faction, possibly the leader of the German Crown Loyalists as well as some of the West Virginia Clans and the United Mine Workers of America (UMWA), who are the closest thing to a centralized government that WV has....
...But I'd prefer nobody to be taking that on until after I get the main crew safely up to Fort Indiantown Gap (basically some exposition and plot setups, so not a very long chapter).
BTW, it looks like a map of NJ won't be necessary: I was able to extrapolate the radiation fallout zone on the PA map, and find a perfect spot for the Sumpfburg outpost:

...As you can see, pretty much the entire southern half of NJ is a radioactive wasteland from nuking Philly and Camden, and the rest of the state pretty much was reduced to barbarism as a result of a combination of conventional bombing and sacking of Hoboken & Jersey City, followed up by repeated attacks by mutant animals.
So, what do you guys think?
