Headphones should not be so expensive. I have never found a decent pair of headphones for below $20. I don't like earbuds because they don't stay in my ears and the sound quality sucks. The headphones I use here at school were $20 and they're not that good. Actually, now that I think about it, I've been spoiled over the last year. My Turtle Beaches are really good and now I compare everything to them. They were expensive though. $70 for some stinking headphones was ridiculous even for high quality ones. They're not even wireless. The wireless ones are like $120. Ridiculous.

I had a pair of Skullcandy Ink'd earbuds that I got for $15, they were pretty sick. Really good quality. Never had any problems with them, until they went through the washer.

What time is your time? :9 I think your an hour behind me..

Well guys, I'm going in on Monday to take the ASVAB test, and on Tuesday I'll be doing MEPS.

@Bio: It'll be 9 your time. The ASVAB is super easy. My lowest score was in mechanics and I still scored in the upper 80th percentile. It's mostly just common sense. They tried really hard to recruit me until they found out I was handicapped. I was never able to do the thing where you get on the site and enter the code from your results paper that tells you what service you're best suited for. Stupid code didn't work. I wanted to know.

Alright. Vee shall slay zombies then.

Yeah, not really worried about the ASVAB. Practice ASVAB said I would probably do really well.

It's a sophomore test, but I think they base most of the information on 8th grade material. Basically they're making you thin you're really smart so you'll hopefully join up if you weren't already planning on doing it. My dad scored really well on it so he joined up with the Marines because the recruiters told him that he could be an officer based on his test scores. That was just some BS to get him to join. He never became an officer.

Edit: Today is the first day I've done any actual school work in like two weeks. I should be finished with my sociology class by the end of this week.

Sorry guys, I've been really preoccupied with Fallout lately. Gosh that game is fun. :3 I'm stuck now choosing between the Brotherhood and the NCR in this play-through. Both like me, but I have the Three Keys of the Elders to blow up Hidden Valley and end the Brotherhood. It's soooo tempting. I think I'll wait till they teach me to use their armor and then backstab them.

So, what's happened since I've been gone?

@SV: Studying the Romans is fun, but I always struggle with the names and such of the rest of Ancient Civ, especially non-Western names. I stink at remembering non-Anglicized names. I remember most of the Roman Emperor names easily enough, but I can't tell you any Persian except Darius.

And that's because I think of Dairy Arius. ._.

Yeah, that's why I don't do extremely well at Ancient History tests. :9 I'm okay, but after 1300 is where my knowledge lies. Ancient Civ is still fun, though.

Ahh... Ancient civilizations. SV, does that mean civilizations in the Foundations Period? Or does it also include the Classical and Post-Classical Periods as well?

If the first, I loved learning about Mesopotamia. Babylon, Sumer, and Assyria in one coutnry makes for a diverse, interesting history. :9

Assyria's kinda fun, but Mesopotamia never held my attention. I guess because I don't like their armor or forts as much.

Napoleon's guide to Ancient History: Which faction looks like it could kick the most butt? ;9

Romans win. Every time.

Of course, the ancient Palestinians had those awesome "flat-top" hats. :9
