Now XBL wont let me purchase anything on any account. Even brand new ones are having issues.

Sooo. XBL confuses me. If I get on the actual Xbox and try to use PayPal as a payment method it wont work, and it actually locks me out of using any payment method whatsoever. But if I get on the computer and sign in to Xbox.com I can purchase points with PayPal, but only with PayPal. I still get an error when I try to use a credit card on the Xbox and PC, but I can buy with PayPal on PC but not Xbox. So weird and stupid.

A Microsoft product? Being glitchy? I've never heard of such a thing! Best to call their world renowned customer service reps. and let them know. I'm sure they are unaware of such an issue and will be sure to fix it as quickly as possible./sarcasm

Yeah. I already had a little back and forth with their customer service last weekend. They kept trying to say either our bank is blocking transactions with MS or that I should check to see if our information was filled in correctly. In fact I've already complained about it on here multiple times. At least now I know of a purchase method that works consistently. For the last week it's been wait 24 hours, try to purchase something and hope it works. If it doesn't, try again in 24 hours possibly with a different card.
