I'm sorry to hear that, Mac. How long will it take to heal?

Ouch, i feel your pain; muscles and tendons are always such a hassle to heal - take it easy, and heal well.

Sorry to hear that, Mac. I injured my calf a while back and it swelled and knotted up for a couple weeks.

Mac, that must be pretty painful. Hope it heals well soon.

Everybody, listen to this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pzze87ZilQk
and follow the video responses up to pt. 5. By then, you'll be finished listening to one of the most (if not the most) epic pieces of music of the 20th century.

@Mac: That sucks.

Hey guys, just dropping in to say I'm not dead. As soon as I got back, I had to get back to work, and that's had me really busy, 9 hour days hauling concrete uphill. I start today in 3 minutes.

@Everybody: I was helping a friend clean his garage, and we were crushing cardboard boxes and making a pile. We stacked up some Omaha Steak boxes which turned out to be very rugged. As soon as I jumped onto the stack slid out from under me and I went shoulder first into the sidewalk. My perception of time slowed just enough for me to think "Oh **** me." Dislocated my shoulder on impact but it popped back in as soon as I rolled on to my back. It's not too bad. I've had worse. I broke my bad leg in three places all at once during my freshman year of high school.

Ouch! I have been lucky enough not to have any broken bones. Did you guys do away with the 100 page rule for the meaningless threads?

Doesn't that happen with most falls?

How did you manage that?

I just got started on playing Medieval II: Total War again, after reading a book about Napoleon (as I prefer the combat system of Medieval) and I now feel I need one of those Boromir memes saying "One does not simply... screwing with France" ;D
