This is some fan art i came across, but what i noticed is a well known Lego builder's custom armor variant the Laconic armor, created by "Saber-Scorpion".

as you see below the image Saber-Scorpions original along with the Viking armor variant that mysteriously did not make on the list


The Laconic variant is my favorite and possibly the hardest armor variant to replicate

Hmm. I think the Viking would be hard, and I would like to see the Laconic, and E.O.D armor versions.

I'm a huge Halo fan too, the Viking would be one of the most difficult.

You can use the BF shoulder pauldrons, the soft ones, for the 'scales'. They glue well and layer easily; or there is paper that can be applied to some BF Powered Assault Commando armor.
Not sure if you wanted suggestions or not.

Theses are amazing and look great. I think the helmets look like the most interesting things here, though

Just sayin, those are some pretty epic sketches! i would love to see some armor like this made!
