I don't ever have cool dreams. I have weird ones, but they're never awesome. The weirdest dream I've ever had would have to be the Iggy Pop one. I'm sitting at a table with a bunch of 18th century scientists, and they're talking about chemistry or something and I look around the table and there's Iggy Pop wearing an enormous powdered wig. Somehow he starts talking about daddy issues and the ghost of his father appears. Well his dad is just Iggy Pop dressed like Fabio for some insane reason, and he tells wig Iggy that he's proud of him. Then I look over to the other side of the table and regular Iggy is sitting there without his shirt as usual, and then the dream ended. Wait. That's tied for the weirdest. The other one is the one where it's my birthday party and there's this epic cake. I go to blow out the candles and the cake becomes sentient and freaks out because apparently the candles were its soul or something. So I run outside into some fog and find a hovering wooden rowboat. Then the cake pursues me in his hover boat, but it ends right then. Definitely my two weirdest dreams.

Wait. So that's what Ranma 1/2 is about? The previews on old Pokemon VHS tapes were very vague. I guess that's why.

Geuss you could say the second dream takes the cake for weird dreams.

Lilyhammer (or Lillyhammer, or Liliehammer, or Lilliehammer...I'm not sure what the title is, and I saw it typed out many different ways in the subtitles and on signs) is a Netflix original series about an ex NY mobster who turns against his new crime boss after the old on dies and gets relocated to Lilyhammer (...), Norway through the witness protection program. It's AWESOME.

If we're still talking about it when I get on tomorrow I'll tell some of my crazy dreams, and tonight's if I remember it.
To jog my own memory: Power Girl and Master Chief were dating.

My weirdest dream I've ever had (that I'm 100% sure I can safely discuss here ;9 ) was being chased by an ent and then hi-jacking Evil Kenevil's motorcycle to escape. Or the one where Snooki started a Gospel Choir (no, I don't watch Jersey Shore)

It's been a long time since I've had a good dream. They are usually weird, scary or usually just stressful. People get weirded out for some reason when you tell them they were in your dream. Even if it was a cameo. I hate having dreams that are within another dream or ones with reoccurring places that I can't figure out. I often dream there is a secret room in a building that is absolutely huge. It's either in the church I got married or my former workplace.

My best friend Matt went to Pittsburgh a few days ago to be an extra in a movie that stars Christian Bale. It's called Out of the Furnace and has Woody Harrelson, Zoe Salanda, and Willem Dafoe. My friend plays "Meth Addict #4" :P Hopefully his part makes the cut. I don't think he's ever met a meth addict.

I started my new job last night. They threw me on the hardest thing on the hardest night. The pace was difficult to keep up, but overall it wasn't bad. Starting next week, my set schedule will be pretty cool. It appears I am off on the 2 most difficult nights too :) I am hoping the schedule doesn't get altered. I liked not having the load of responsibility I was weighted down with the past 12 years.

@Hikaro: Nice about the loan!
hmm, about the chocolate ... weird indeed.

@Mac: I keep a mental, and sometimes written, running list of things I want to create whether it be with writing, Legos, video games, painting, sketching ... so when I have the times that I don't feel like doing anything - and want something new ... I go to my list and pull out the oldest item on there. Generally it takes a bit to re-look it over, remember what I was doing, see if I like what I've done ... and by then I'm well underway and forgot I was bored or tired of life and the usual stuff.
Or try your creative hand at something new!

@QBlade: well, somewhat sadly, those of us who are responsible - end up being responsible. In our house we call it "old reliable" ... things, life, jobs, seem to always fall into certain patterns ...
Glad your first work night went well, hope it continues :o)

I love my uniform. Me and my company were walking around the Memorial Stadium during the Lincoln Marathon, and we all got quite a few thank yous and "Look mommy, soldiers!". Made my day, I must say. And that was not intended to rhyme.

Personally my most hated dreams are ones where I'm stunned or I can't remember anything.

My worst dreams are the ones where my actions affect the safety of my family. That's what my only two recurring dreams are about.

Let's face it, some of the worst dreams are where you fall or trip in your dream and your body has a spasm which wakes you up.
