Heya, Quickblade here, and I wanted to show you all a tip I use when posting that I thought would be useful to the members of Brick Forge. Ever wonder how a member gets a
link to say something rather than be the actual URL? Well, here's how:
Click the URL tab above, and you will get this Instead of pasting in the URL, use the left arrow to get your cursor between the "l" and the "]" and type in the "=" then paste your link. After you have done that, type any word between the "]" and the "[" like "Link" and it should look like this
Link The actual way it will show up when you are posting will be like this
without the spaces [url =
https://www.brickforge.com/store/home.php]Link
Posting an Image:
Click the IMG tab at the top and paste your copied URL in between the brackets. It's simple, but 2 little rules need to be mentioned. 1 Be mindful of the size of the images you link. They may affect the setup of a post and/or slow the loading of a page. 2 and most importantly, do not go posting images to each and every thing you can think of. This is after all a site about customizing.
Here's an example

Making an Image a Link:
Click the URL tab and insert the link like by backspacing and putting = before it. Then click the Img tab and insert in the picture you want to make a link. It should look like this . Here's how it should work:

Thanks to Jackal for including this tip.
