I chose the knights of Calatrava they remind me a lot of the northern monks mentioned in Fable II. Monks that studied, had experience, and understood war - and turned their efforts towards "keeping" peace.

I voted Templar! I love their color scheme and their armor. Also, Assassin's Creed made them look great too.
