We strive to ship orders in a timely manner. We ship orders Monday Wednesday Friday and our cut off time is Noon CST or 5 PM GMT
There may be a slight delay due to weather or if we are traveling to a show. We will note on the website when there will be shipping delays.
Upon completion you will receive an e-mail stating your package has been shipped. If you are using spam-filtering please make sure that email@example.com has access to your inbox. Domestic orders are assigned a USPS tracking number; International orders are only assigned a USPS customs/confirmation number. If you created an account you can log into the BrickForge store and view your orders/tracking numbers at any time. Please visit http://www.usps.com to track your package.
First class 3-5 days
Priority 2-4 days
First class 5-999 days. First Class International USPS is a BEST EFFORT delivery. NO guarantees for delivery or exact timelines. This is direct from the USPS
Priority 6-10 days. All Reseller international orders over $150 are required to ship USPS priority. We strongly recommend all international orders to use USPS Priority
- International orders are sometimes held up in customs. If your order has not arrived in a timely fashion, please check with your local customs/postal authorities first.
- If the Delivery Confirmation number lists your package as delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your local USPS station.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, especially ones sent to a PO Box.
Please understand that if your package remains undelivered or lost (especially to a foreign address) we cannot reship to the same address. If lost packages are a result of an incorrect shipping address entered during checkout we can not be responsible, but will work with you to resolve the issue.
